91ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 91ph ("91ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 91ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 91ph.vip and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and use the 91ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 91ph has zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players on 91ph.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 91ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 91ph or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your gaming activity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

91ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 91ph Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on 91ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 91ph uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 91ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 91ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You agree to notify 91ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 91ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

91ph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals or at any other time at 91ph's discretion. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on 91ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 91ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 91ph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. 91ph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. 91ph does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

91ph aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 91ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

The 91ph Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PHP. 91ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

All bets placed on 91ph are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game title, which are accessible within each game on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 91ph system. Confirmation will be displayed on-screen and recorded in your account transaction history. 91ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances where a technical error has occurred.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 91ph and are displayed within each game interface. 91ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. Individual account bet limits may also be applied at 91ph's discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.

5.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant player accounts. 91ph's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed bet arising from a technical malfunction is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

91ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

91ph takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 91ph reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

91ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 91ph, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 91ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 91ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 91ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without 91ph's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any 91ph trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 91ph's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

91ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

91ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by 91ph to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), with regulatory authorities as required by law, and with law enforcement agencies in connection with the investigation of criminal activity.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 91ph, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact 91ph support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 91ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 91ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

91ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business or business opportunity.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 91ph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 91ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 Suspension by 91ph

91ph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or are otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 91ph will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and to communicate the outcome to you. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 91ph account at any time by contacting 91ph support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. 91ph will confirm account closure in writing once completed.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through 91ph support. Self-exclusion periods are available from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access game features. Where changes are material, 91ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 91ph, we encourage you to contact 91ph support in the first instance. The majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team. 91ph commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal channels, you may submit a formal written complaint to 91ph. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the 91ph team and a written response will be provided within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit 91ph's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
